Are your products really Australian made?
Yes, all our products are Australian made. Designed and manufactured in our workshop in Bundaberg, Queensland, Australia.
My product is a different colour to the picture on the website?
Leather is a unique product. Each batch that goes through the tanning process may have a slight variation in colour. This adds to the character of each product.
Do you do repairs?

Yes we do repairs, however all jobs are scheduled. Please contact us via email to enquire.

How long does it take to ship my order after purchase?

Stock items will be dispatched within 2 -3 business days.

Items that require personalization (names or initials) may take an extra 4 -5 business days.

If your item is out of stock then contact us via email.

If you wish to make a pre order on an out of stock item you will be emailed with a scheduled lead time for that product.

What are the small marks and scratches on my leather?

Leather is a natural product. The marks and scratches are characteristics of the leather. These may include tick marks and scratches from barbed wire.

We only select first grade hides. The greatest of care is taken to ensure you receive a premium product.

Do you do custom orders?

Generally, no. However, we certainly personalise products with stamping or engraving.

Terms and Conditions

14 Day Return Policy

Refunds given on product only, not on original freight costs. Refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned product. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit or a product of equal value.

Exchanges: Products can be sent back for an exchange. Freight costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds given for faulty goods.

We do not offer refunds on change of mind.
Refunds are given once the item is returned and inspected. Then we will contact you of the outcome.
If you recieve a refund the cost of return shipping will be added from your refund amount.

Wrong size purchases can be exchanged for the same product in a different size.

Our refunds/ returns policy does not apply to custom or personalised orders.No refunds, credits or exchanges for these products, however if they require a repair then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Return products must be returned, unused and undamaged, in its original received condition
Receipt or proof of purchase required
Manufacturing faults, contact us to organize repair, replacement or refund. If it is a genuine manufacturing fault we will cover all shipping costs.

Shipping

Local pickup available in store in Bundaberg. Select the pickup options at the checkout.

Items in stock will be dispatched within 1 – 3 business days unless contacted and stated otherwise.

Estimated shipping times are estimated between 3 – 10 business days for standard post. Express post available as well.

All shipments will have a tracking number
Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout
Not responsible for any loss, damaged or stolen items due to shipping companies fault, we will do our best to resolve this issue.

 

Personalised Products

There are certain products in our range that can be personalised.

Personalised information must be confirmed at time of order. Please allow an extra 3-4 business days for all personalised items as well as the current dispatch and shipping time frames.

 

Manufacturing

Some products may be out of stock and require us to manufacture. We will require 3-4 weeks on these items. A company representative will be in contact with you once you have ordered the product to confirm the estimated time frame.

All products are manufactured in our store in Bundaberg Queensland.

Leather is a natural product and each piece we work with has it’s own characteristics. This means that it can have slight colour variations, and other light marks. This is what gives leather so much character. We carefully choose each piece of leather for the product ensuring that your handcrafted product is made from the highest quality and premium leather.
